User Agreement for "Clean Ultra"
I. Special Reminders
1. "Clean Ultra" is operated by Chongqing Yangtao Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we"). We agree to provide you with "Clean Ultra" services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the operational rules issued from time to time. Users of "Clean Ultra" services (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you") are required to understand and agree to all terms of this Agreement and complete all usage procedures as prompted on the page.
2. During your use of "Clean Ultra" services, you shall enjoy legal rights and assume corresponding legal responsibilities for your own behaviors in using "Clean Ultra" services and any information published or disclosed through "Clean Ultra" services.
3. Unless you have obtained the Company's explicit prior written authorization, you shall not access or use "Clean Ultra" software and related services in any form without authorization, including but not limited to adaptation, reproduction, dissemination, vertical search, mirroring, or trading.
4. To enhance your experience and satisfaction in using "Clean Ultra" services, you agree that we may conduct investigations, research, and analysis on your data to further optimize "Clean Ultra" services, provided that your data and information security are fully protected. 5. If you do not have full capacity for civil conduct due to age, intelligence, or other factors, please read this Agreement and decide whether to agree to it accompanied by your legal guardian (hereinafter referred to as "guardian"), and pay special attention to the terms for minors' use.
5. If you are a user outside the Chinese mainland, you shall comply with the laws of your country or region of affiliation and/or residence when concluding or performing this Agreement and use "Clean Ultra" legally.
II. Use of "Clean Ultra" Software and Related Services
1. When you use "Clean Ultra" software and related services, you may obtain the "Clean Ultra" client application through pre-installation, download from third parties authorized by the Company, or access the Clean Ultra-related website. If you obtain the software from sources other than the Company or third parties authorized by the Company, the Company cannot guarantee that the non-official version of "Clean Ultra" software can function properly, and the Company shall not be liable for any losses arising therefrom. 2. The Company may develop different application software versions for different terminal devices. "Clean Ultra" is currently distributed and used in global markets through the Apple App Store.
2. You may use "Clean Ultra" software and related services or update the "Clean Ultra" version at your own discretion according to your needs. If you no longer need to use "Clean Ultra" software and related services, you may uninstall it by yourself.
3. To better improve user experience and services, the Company will from time to time provide software updates or changes (including but not limited to software modifications, upgrades, function enhancements, development of new services, software replacements, etc.). To ensure the security and service improvement of "Clean Ultra" software and related services, after the update of the software and related services or part of the service content, the Company will, where possible, use methods including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, and in-site messages to notify users. Users have the right to choose to accept the updated version or service. If users do not accept it, some functions will be restricted or unavailable.
4. You understand that you need to prepare your own terminal devices (such as computers, mobile phones, etc.) related to the software and services to use "Clean Ultra" software and related services. Once you open the "Clean Ultra" software or access the Clean Ultra-related website on your terminal device, it shall be deemed that you are using "Clean Ultra" software and related services. To fully realize all functions of "Clean Ultra", you may need to connect your terminal device to the Internet. You understand that you will bear the relevant costs (such as data fees, Internet access fees, etc.) by yourself.
5. The Company grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial right to legally use "Clean Ultra" software and related services. If you find any content in "Clean Ultra" software and website that infringes your rights, please immediately notify the Company via email at wowoduobao@sina.com and provide preliminary evidence of your ownership of the relevant rights. The Company will handle your complaint in a timely manner in accordance with local laws. The Company will also handle your appeal in a timely manner in accordance with local laws.
III. Registration and Login to "Clean Ultra" and Related Services
1. Our software does not require registration and is for your personal use only. If any registration required by third-party partners is not governed by this Agreement, you should refer to the relevant third-party partner's website for their policies.
2. If the Company discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is not the initial registrant of the account, the Company has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account or cancel the account to protect the account security.
3. In addition to registering your "Clean Ultra" account by yourself, you may also choose to authorize the use of other software user accounts that you legally own, including but not limited to software of the Company and/or its affiliates, and user accounts registered with real names on third-party software or platforms, to register and log in to use "Clean Ultra" software and related services, unless restricted or prohibited by the third-party software or platform. When you log in with the aforementioned existing accounts, you shall ensure that such accounts have completed real-name registration and agree to apply the relevant provisions in this Agreement.
4. You understand and agree that, in addition to logging in to use "Clean Ultra" software and related services, you may also use your "Clean Ultra" account to log in to use other software and services provided by the Company, its affiliates, or other partners. If you log in and use the aforementioned services with your "Clean Ultra" account, you shall also be bound by the user agreements and other terms of such other software and services. Any operations you perform on this software website, such as publishing, modifying, or deleting content, will be synchronized to the above series of client software and websites. When you log in to the series of client software products and websites operated by the Company and/or its affiliates through registered or synchronized accounts, you shall comply with the "User Agreement" and other terms of the software products and websites themselves.
5. If an account is stolen or lost due to malicious attacks by others, your own reasons, or other force majeure factors, you shall bear the responsibility by yourself, and the Company shall not be liable.
IV. User Norms and Intellectual Property Rights
1. User Behavior Requirements You shall be responsible for your behaviors in using "Clean Ultra". Unless permitted by law or with the Company's prior written permission, you shall not engage in the following behaviors when using "Clean Ultra" software and related services:
Users shall not use any plug-ins, add-ons, systems, or third-party tools that are not authorized or permitted by the Company. If they interfere with, damage, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of "Clean Ultra" software and related services, they shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities. Engage in any behaviors that endanger computer network security by using or targeting "Clean Ultra" software and related services, including but not limited to:
(1) Illegally intruding into others' networks, interfering with the normal functions of others' networks, stealing network data, and other activities endangering network security;
(2) Providing programs or tools specifically used for activities endangering network security, such as intruding into networks, interfering with normal network functions and protective measures, and stealing network data;
(3) Knowingly providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment and settlement, and other assistance to others engaged in activities endangering network security;
(4) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
(5) Accessing public computer networks or others' computer systems without permission and deleting, modifying, or adding stored information;
(6) Attempting to probe, scan, test the vulnerabilities of the "Clean Ultra" system or network, or conducting other behaviors that damage network security without permission;
(7) Attempting to interfere with or damage the normal operation of the "Clean Ultra" system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that damage or interfere with normal network information services;
(8) Forging TCP/IP packet names or partial names. Reverse engineering, reverse assembly, compilation of "Clean Ultra" software, or attempting to discover the source code of this software in other ways.
V.In-App Purchases and Advertising in "Clean Ultra" Software
1. In-App Purchases The Clean Ultra application will be released and distributed in global markets through the Apple App Store for users to use. Our application will provide users with certain functions and certain restrictions as paid functions through in-app purchases. You need to pay to use the paid functions. Users under the age of 18 need to use the service under the full guidance of their guardians, and the in-app purchase function requires the guardian's explicit consent to purchase "Clean Ultra" through in-app purchase. Completing the in-app purchase indicates that you confirm to us that you have obtained permission to make the in-app purchase and are entitled to use the paid functions. We attach great importance to the protection of minors' information. It is necessary to strengthen and correctly use "Clean Ultra" software and related services under the guidance of guardians.
2. Advertising In the process of using "Clean Ultra" software and related services, you fully understand and agree that: you agree that the Company has the right to display "Clean Ultra" software and related services themselves in "Clean Ultra" software and related services. Third-party suppliers or partners may provide commercial advertisements, promotions, or information (including commercial or non-commercial information). We will fulfill our obligations related to advertisements and promotions in accordance with the law, and you shall be responsible for your own purchase or transaction behaviors based on such advertisements or promotional information. Except as clearly stipulated by laws and regulations, we shall not be liable.
VI. Disclaimer You understand and agree that "Clean Ultra" software and related services may be affected or interfered with by various factors.
The Company does not guarantee (including but not limited to): The Company is fully suitable for users' usage requirements; the Company is free from interference, timely, safe, reliable, or error-free; any software, services, or other materials obtained by users through the Company meet users' expectations; Any errors in the software will be corrected. Users understand and agree that in the process of using "Clean Ultra" software and related services, they may encounter factors such as force majeure (force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided), including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters, network reasons, hacker attacks, wars, or any other similar events. In the event of force majeure, the Company will make every effort to repair it as soon as possible, but users agree that the Company shall not be liable for user losses caused by force majeure.
The Company obtains the right to handle illegal and irregular content in accordance with this Agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of the Company, and the Company cannot guarantee the timely discovery of illegal behaviors or corresponding handling. Users clearly understand and agree that: regarding the services provided under this Agreement, the Company does not provide any kind of express or implied guarantees or conditions, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, etc. You must use the software and related services under this Agreement at your own risk. Users clearly understand and agree that this Agreement is formulated to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good morals, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others. The Company will make every effort to make judgments in accordance with relevant laws and regulations within its capabilities, but cannot guarantee that the Company's judgments are completely consistent with those of judicial and administrative authorities. Users have understood and agreed to bear the consequences arising therefrom by themselves.
VII. Other Provisions The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation.
and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Chinese mainland. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid due to conflict with the laws of the Chinese mainland, such provisions shall be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent of this Agreement, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain fully valid. The Company has the right to modify this Agreement according to changes in national policies, technical conditions, product functions, etc. The modified Agreement will be announced by the Company. Once the aforementioned content is officially released, the Company will remind you of the updated content in an appropriate manner (such as system notifications) so that you can timely understand the latest version of this Agreement.
The modified content constitutes an integral part of this Agreement, and you shall also comply with it. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, please immediately stop logging in and using "Clean Ultra" software and related services. If you log in or continue to use "Clean Ultra" software and related services, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the modified Agreement. Both you and the Company are independent entities. Under no circumstances shall this Agreement constitute any express or implied guarantee or condition of the Company to users, nor shall it constitute an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the two parties.
